Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all unwated items within 30 days of delivery. This includes unused, unworn, and all faulty items

Timeframe:

Please contact us with your request to return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Faulty items must be accompanied with pictures email to hello@lovesoundsrecords.co.uk before returns can be processed

Refunds/Exchanges:

Returns are processed as refunds to the original payment method or as exchanges for different sizes or colors. 

Return Costs:

You are within your rights to process your own returns by emailing hello@lovesoundsrecords.co.uk for returns instructions. We also offer a free pickup and returns service for all customers via dpd collection. 

Exceptions:

Certain items, like personalized or perishable goods, may be excluded from the return policy. 

Faulty Items

We will accept returns for faulty, damaged, or non-as-described items.  Please note we quality control check every item prior to packaging and delivery.

Notifying us:

Please forward all returns enquiries to hello@lovesoundsrecords.co.uk within our 30 days returns period so that we can procesds your return promptly. 

Return Methods:

Contact us via hello@lovesoundsrecords.co.uk or message us on 07508794774 for returns address details, free collection bookings and all other returns equiries. We do not have a physical store to return products purchased online. 

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 2 working for the return to be processed and 5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
